8. The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Environmental Health Officer: (a) Noise Control and Air Quality Control - Demolition and Construction Phase i. A Construction Management Plan shall be prepared on behalf of the developer and contractor. This Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing, by the Planning Authority, prior to commencement of development. This plan shall be developed with reference to the Code of Practice for Construction and Demolition (attached) produced by the Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Unit of Dublin City Council. The development for this purpose shall be deemed to be medium to high risk. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory standard of development.
