3. The development shall incorporate the following amendments: a) The front elevation of the first floor extension shall not extend beyond the façade of the existing dwelling. b) The projecting gable design to the proposed front elevation of the extension shall be omitted. c) The hipped roof profile of the existing dwelling shall be retained. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings: Reason: In the interests of visual and residential amenity.
