Description

2. The community hall and ball courts shall be made available to the wider community. Details of access arrangements shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the planning authority within 6 months of first occupation of the school building. Reason: In the interests of residential amenity and to comply with Policy C101 of the Local Area Plan for Ashtown-Pelletstown (January 2014).
