7. The proposed screening to the new ground hotel bedrooms and ancillary spaces herby permitted shall be of perforated metal screens with sliding section (as per Option 3 detailed in covering letter dated 10th December 2021 submitted with the application), and shall extend to an agreed height to ensure privacy but shall stop short of the ceiling unless otherwise agreed by the planning authority Full details of same shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement prior to first occupation of the hotel bedrooms and ancillary spaces. Reason: To ensure a high quality, visually-pleasing frontage at street level while protecting privacy of occupants
