Description

6. Details of all external signage shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. No awnings, canopies or projecting signs or other signs shall be erected on the premises without a prior grant of planning permission. No adhesive material shall be affixed to windows. Reason: In the interests of the residential and visual amenities of the area.
