2. Prior to the commencement of construction works above ground level, details of the materials, colours and textures of all external finishes including samples, shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. Sample panels shall be erected on site for inspection by the planning authority in this regard. Reason: In the interest of visual amenity and to protect the character and integrity of this protected structure.
