4. The proposed development shall comply with the following requirements of the Planning Authority: a) The proposed parapet arrangement on the front and rear elevations shall be replaced with an eaves detail that is comparable in height to the adjacent No. 94 and 93 Lansdowne Park. Prior to the commencement of development the applicant shall submit revised elevation, section and plan drawings, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, complying with this requirement. c) The rear (southeast) and side (northeast) elevations shall be constructed in brick and not part-rendered with cem-rend or similar, as indicated on drawing 1821-FITH2-004. Samples of the proposed brick finish and mortar pointing shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. d) Specifications and detailed drawings of the proposed window joinery shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development.
