2. The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer: b) In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information for the written approval of the Planning Authority: i. Methodologies to include repair of historic plasterwork (both flat and decorative), joinery (to include historic stairs, doors, architraves, skirtings, timber floors, window linings/shutters/architraves, all historic windows) repair works to the roof including roof timbers, chimneystacks and rainwater goods. iv. The proposed render finish to the rear return is to be agreed on site with the Conservation Officer prior to works commencing.
