Description

7. Prior to occupation of any of the restaurant/café units including those in the hotel, the developer shall submit a scheme, to be approved in writing by the planning authority, for the effective control of fumes and odours from the premises. The scheme shall be implemented before the use commences and thereafter permanently maintained. Reason: In the interests of amenity.
