3. The development shall be revised as follows: a) The proposed signage to the shopfront shall have a maximum height of 0.4 metres and shall consist of backlit stainless steel lettering (or similar high quality material) pin mounted directly onto the existing fascia. b) Any illumination of the proposed signage will be subtly backlit c) The proposed projecting signage shall be permanently omitted Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority Reason: In the interests of orderly development and visual amenity.
