Description

24. The Developer shall comply with the following conditions from the Transportation Planning Division: (d) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall agree in writing with the planning authority in consultation with the NTA the delivery of the phase 1 junction with Sean Moore Road. This shall include programme, design and funding mechanism etc. The junction with Sean Moore Road as agreed shall be implemented prior to occupation of any units within the development at the expense of the applicant / developer unless otherwise agreed.
