23. The developer shall comply with the following conditions of the Drainage Division: f) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. 30 year attenuation shall be provided at each block in accordance with the surface water management strategy outlined in the parent permission (refer to Masterplan Infrastructure Report by ARUP Consulting Engineers). Full details of SuDS proposal including attenuation storage shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction.
