23. The developer shall comply with the following conditions of the Drainage Division: c) The submitted drainage proposal for areas intended to be ‘taken in charge’ do not meet DCC requirements for Taking in Charge. A revised drainage proposal shall be submitted to DCC Drainage Division for written agreement prior to the commencement of the works on site.
