Description
8. Prior to the commencement of development, full details of the materials, colours and textures of all the external finishes to the proposed development shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. The extent and degree of tint within the glazing planels at second and third floor level shall be agreed together with measures to negate against solar glare from the glazing particularly on the southern elevation. A full panel of all the proposed finishes shall to be placed on site to enable the planning authority adjudicate on the proposals. A detailed maintenance strategy for the proposed development shall also be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity.
