Description

Basement: Structural works to timber post, beam and ceiling joists. Ground floor: Alterations and repairs 2no inglenook fireplaces and 1no sitting room fireplace. Remove partition to utility. Insert partitions and form new opening for new WC. Structural repairs to main staircase. Alterations to secondary rear staircase.
