Non material minor amendment to approved application 24/00181 (Full application for the erection of an up to four storeys in height building for uses including education, offices, studio, gallery and cafe (Use Classes E(g)(i), E(b) and F1) to allow variation of the wording to Condition 8 (BREEAM) to allow for an interim assessment to be submitted post-completion, rather than the 'final certificate', and to allow variation of the wording to Condition 15 (Heritage Engagement Strategy) and Condition 22 (Heritage and Archaeology Interpretation Strategy) to allow for these to be submitted prior to occupation and/or installation of relevant works.
