Discharge of condition 3 (a) Details of mechanical ventilation or flues to be installed including location, dimensions, colour and material. b) Brick & tile and samples to be used on the extension, including written details. c) Detailed drawings to a scale of 1:5 and 1:1 of typical details of all new joinery, to include mouldings and glazing bars also showing glazing. d) Details of the roof light to be inserted, shown in situ which shall be of a 'conservation' style, to be flush with the roof planee) A sample panel of brick & flint work measuring not less than 1 metre by 1 metre shall be constructed which shall show the bond, details of mortar mix and type and style of pointing and has been approved in writing by the local planning authority.
