3 - a) Detailed drawings to a scale of 1:5 and 1:1 of all new joinery to include mouldings and glazing bars also showing glazing. Details of finishes including colour shall also be included - b) Details of mechanical ventilation or flues to be installed including, dimensions, colour and material - c) 1:10 scale sections through the basement floor and first floor living room walls which are proposed to alter the existing details to achieve better insulating, weatherproofing or for other purposes including relationship to historic structure - d) Upon careful removal of modern infill to the fireplaces, the local planning authority is to be notified and given the opportunity to inspect the fireplaces. No further works are then to be carried out to the fireplaces until written details and/ or drawings have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority and the works thereafter should be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
