For the reasons above would you please consider the application to remove T1, Sycamore and also consider a Birch or a more ornamental type of tree TBC and to be planted within the grass area towards the North East corner of the front garden, further away from the driveway of both the applicant and the neighbour, as the location of T1 (sandwiched between the driveway of Rose Dene and Kirkholme) also causes heavy shading to the front elevation of both the properties from mid-morning to mid-afternoon.
