Description

Take down chimneystack CH01 and rebuild with lime mortar and imperial brick to match original, incorporating lead tray; remove and replace associated leadwork. Associated removal and reinstatement of existing slate courses and clay ridge tiles to roof slopes RS01 and RS08. Carefully dismantle 5 No. corbelled brick courses to chimneystack CH02 and rebuild with lime mortar reinstating original imperial bricks. Clean original brick chimneystack CH02 and repoint with lime mortar. Redundant fireplace to room R101 to be blocked up. Installation of flue liner to chimneystack CH01 for fireplace in room R102 for use as an open fire. Reinstate wood burning stove to fireplace in room R103.
