Description

Discharge of condition No. 10 of planning permission LA11/2023/1821/F - Relating to Construction Environmental Management Plan 10. Prior to commencement of the development hereby approved, a detailed Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Planning Authority. This shall include methods of control of run-off from working areas, and mitigating measures to prevent pollution of watercourses. Reason: To prevent pollution of surface waters which is detrimental to fisheries.
