The following changes are proposed as requested by Social Housing Association: 1. Floor Area of houses reduced from 106.4m sq to 75.4m sq. 2. Omit chimneys. 3. Internal layout altered in order to change from 3 bed to 2 bed. 4. Omit utility room & replace with shower room to make house disabled user friendly. 5. Windows altered. 6. Ridge height reduced. 7. Provide new flat roof GRP canopy over front door.
