Description

Discharge of Condition: 11 of LA11/2022/0868/F 11. Prior to works commencing, a final Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) shall be submitted by the appointed contractor for agreement with the Council. The final CEMP shall be site specific and include all necessary mitigation measures for the construction phase of the development to include a suitable and clearly defined buffer of at least 10m between existing storm drains on site and the location of construction works including refuelling, storage of oil/fuel, concrete mixing and washing areas, storage of machinery/materials/spoil etc. and final connection of the new proposed drainage infrastructure to the NIW storm water system must only be carried out after all other construction activities on site have been completed. The approved final CEMP shall be adhered to and implemented in full throughout the construction phase in accordance with the approved details, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Council. Reason: To ensure the project will not have an adverse effect on the integrity of any European Site.
