Description

Discharge of Condition: 4 of LA11/2022/0666/F Condition 4: Within 8 weeks of the grant of this permission a proposed landscaping scheme, similar to that existing to the Eastern and Western boundaries of the site, shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the planning department. Once agreed this landscaping shall then be provided in the first available planting season, prior to operation of the business. If within a period of 5 years from the date of the planting of any hedge, that hedge is removed, uprooted or destroyed or dies, or becomes, in the opinion of the Planning Authority, seriously damaged or defective, another hedge of the same species and size as that originally planted shall be planted at the same place, unless the Planning Authority gives its written consent to any variation. Reason: In the interest of visual amenity and to ensure the provision, establishment and maintenance of a high standard of landscape.
