Description

Regeneration of former Ebrington Barracks Lands (Parcel D as set out in the Ebrington Development Framework) to provide four mixed use buildings including Grade A Commercial offices, multi storey car park with wrap around buildings and two mixed use buildings. Uses will comprise 32 residential units, office, creative, commercial and ancillary uses. Also provided will be a new public square, public realm works and associated site access and landscaping works. Update to Ebrington Development Framework Masterplan (Parcel E of Ebrington Development Framework).
