Description

Discharge of Condition: 2 of LA11/2016/0976/F 2: No development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved by the Council a site specific quantitative risk assessment on land contamination as recommended in the preliminary risk assessment by McCloy Consulting Ltd. which was received by the Council on 3rd November 2016. Should unacceptable risks to the water environment be identified, no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved by the Council a revised risk assessment and remediation strategy for the management of all unacceptable risks identified. The development shall not be occupied until the remediation measures have been implemented.
