Description

Discharge of Condition 26 of LA11/2021/0109/RM Prior to commencement of any part of the development hereby permitted, the detailed design of the drainage works, including attenuation measures to be adopted by DFI Roads shall be submitted to the planning authority and approved in writing generally in accordance with drawing no. 371 and 372 bearing the date stamp 31 May 2022. Confirmation letter from engineers stating that following review of storm drainage, all storm drainage is being offered to NI Water for adoption under an Article 161 Agreement. Therefore DFI Roads would not have a maintenance responsibility in relation to storm drainage infrastructure.
