Description

Discharge of Condition: 8 of LA11/2021/0109/RM 8. Once a contractor has been appointed, and at least 4 weeks prior to the commencement of construction, a Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) shall be submitted to Council for agreement with NIEA Water Management Unit to ensure effective avoidance and mitigation methodologies have been planned for the protection of the water environment. Reason: To ensure effective avoidance and mitigation measures have been planned for the protection of the water environment.
