Discharge of Condition: 9 of LA11/2021/0812/F 9: A report outlining the selected piling technique to be used on this site and any mitigation /monitoring measures being put in place to remove and manage and potential adverse effects to future occupants of the development as a result of piling must be submitted and agreed in writing prior with Planning prior to commencement of any works hereby approved. Reason: To protect human health and to bring the site into a state that represents an acceptable risk to end-users.
