Discharge of Condition: 5 of LA11/2020/0220/F 5. Prior to the commencement of any development hereby permitted a Construction Environmental Management Plan shall be submitted to and be approved in writing by the Planning Authority. The plan must demonstrate the adoption and use of the best practicable means to reduce the effects of noise, vibration and dust. The plan should include, but not be limited to: • A construction method statement for each phase of development. Procedures for maintaining good public relations1 including complaint management, public consultation -and liaison. • Deliveries to and removal of plant, equipment, machinery and waste from the site to take place within permitted hours. • Mitigation measures as defined in BS5228:2009 + A1:2014 Noise and Vibration Control on Construction and Open Sites - Part 1: Noise shall be us??d to minimise noise disturbance from construction works. • Procedures for emergency deviation of the agreed working hours. • Control measures for dust and other air-borne pollutants. This must also take into account the need to protect any local resident who may have a particular ' susceptibility to air-borne pollutants. Reason: To protect residential amenity against the impact of noise and dust.
