Description

Discharge of Condition: 9 of LA11/2018/1119/F 9. Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, the applicant shall submit a site specific Construction Environment Management Plan (CEMP) to the Planning Authority for approval. This plan shall include a program of works and identify any adverse noise, vibration and dust impacts arising from each phase of the ground and construction works. The Plan shall detail the noise and dust mitigation measures necessary to protect amenity to nearby occupied properties and the plans as agreed shall be adhered to at all time. Reason: To protect residential amenity.
