Description

Discharge of Condition: 15 of LA11/2020/0105/F 15: Prior to the commencement of any development hereby permitted a Construction Environmental Management Plan shall be submitted to and be approved in writing by the Planning Authority. The plan must demonstrate the adoption and use of the best practicable means to reduce the effects of noise, vibration and dust. The plan should include, but not be limited to: - A construction method statement for the development. - Procedures for maintaining good public relations including complaint management, public consultation and liaison. - Arrangements for liaison with the Derry City and Strabane District Council’s Environment and Neighbourhoods Team. - Mitigation measures as defined in ?BS 5228: 2009 +A1:2014 Noise and Vibration Control on Construction and Open Sites ? Part 1: Noise ? to minimise noise disturbance from construction works. - Control measures for dust and other air-borne pollutants. Once approved, the Construction Environment Management Plan shall be adhered to at all times, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Planning Authority. Reason: To protect residential amenity against the impact of noise and dust.
