Variation of condition No. 2 of previously approved application LA11/2020/0105/F which states the following 'No development shall take place until the vehicular access, including visibility splays of 4.5 M. x 85.0 M. to the North East and 4.5 M. x 90.0 M. to the South West, is provided in accordance with drawing No. 11 Rev. 02 bearing the date stamp 15 February 2022. The area within the visibility splays and any forward sight line shall be cleared to provide a level surface no higher than 250 MM. above the level of the adjoining carriageway and such splays shall be retained and kept clear thereafter' amended to read as 'The development shall not become operational until the vehicular access, including visibility splays of 4.5 M. x 85.0 M. to the North East and 4.5 M. x 90.0 M. to the South West, is provided in accordance with drawing No. 11 Rev. 02 bearing the date stamp 15 February 2022.
