Discharge of Condition: 6 of planning approval LA11/2019/0719/F Prior to the development herby approved commencing on site, pre-construction otter surveys should be undertaken in order to identify any changes in otter activity holt locations, etc. since the original survey in 2019 and a report sent to and agreed by the Planning Authority in order to ensure no impact on otters. Otter survey previously submitted in May 2022. Latest otter survey updated November 2022. Please note Ecological Clerk of Works will be on site to monitor throughout the construction process.
