Description

Discharge of Condition: 4 of LA11/2021/0175/F Condition 4: No development shall commence on site (including demolition, site clearance and site preparation) unless a final Construction and Environmental Management Plan has been submitted by the appointed contractor to the planning authority and approved in writing by Council. These plans should contain all the appropriate environmental mitigation as within the CEMPS by Euro Services Contracts Ltd, dated April 2022 and as advised by NIEA NED in their response 03/10/2022. Reason: To ensure the project will not have an adverse effect on the integrity of any European site and to protect Northern Ireland priority habitats and species, to ensure implementation of mitigation measures identified within the Environmental Statement and to prevent likely significant effects on the River Faughan and Tributaries SAC/ASSI.
