Description

Discharge of Condition: 2 & 3 of LA11/2022/0024/F 2. No development shall commence on site (including demolition, site clearance and site preparation) unless a final Construction Environmental Management Plan has been submitted by the appointed contractor to the planning authority and approved in writing by Council. This should reflect all the mitigation, and avoidance measures to be employed as outlined in the outline Construction Environment Management Plan (April 2022) and include specific mitigation for the watercourse crossing. The approved CEMP shall be adhered to and implemented throughout the construction period in accordance with the approved details, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the planning authority. Reason: To ensure the project will not have an adverse effect on the integrity of any European site. 3. A detailed Construction Method Statement, for works in, near or liable to affect any waterway as defined by the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999, must be submitted to NIEA Water Management Unit, at least 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the works or phase of works. Reason: To ensure effective avoidance and mitigation measures have been planned for the protection of the water environment.
