Description

T1 - Beech - Fell T1 to ground level with use of a crane - all waste to be removed. T2 (Oak) and T3 (Sycamore) - Reduce canopies of T2 and T3 by up to 2m, leaving a balanced crown and removing all waste. , , I have visited the property on Wirksworth Road a number of times to inspect the Beech tree (T1) and to discuss options with Mr Rafferty. On the 16th February 2026 I produced a Tree Condition Report that recommended T1 be removed in full, including stump grinding where appropriate. This report is attached to the application to evidence my justification and reasons for applying. , The tree is protected by Derbyshire County Council and there is an ongoing case regarding it, the reference for which is - DCC Ref: 0219435 & 0163817. ,
