Description

1. 1x Lime tree: Reduce the canopy by up to 2m (radius measurement) and no further than existing pollard points. , 2. This consent also permits the periodic removal of epicormic growth of the protected tree (1x lime tree), on an annual basis, for a period of five years from the date of this decision. The approved works shall be limited to the removal of basal and trunk growing epicormic growth to a maximum height of 6m or crown break, whichever is lower. All works must be carried out in accordance with BS3998:2010 – Tree Work – Recommendations, by a suitably qualified arborist. The local planning authority must be notified in writing at least 14 days prior to each round of maintenance works.
