Description

The extension of the existing Aldwark Quarry to the south with restoration to a nature conservation based afteruse, retention of the existing Brassington Moor Quarry plant site, amendment to the approved phasing and restoration of Aldwark, Pyro and Barnfield/Main quarries, and construction of associated facilities, including a vehicular connection onto and use of, the existing road access serving the adjacent Curzon transport depot. Together with proposal to allow quarrying and primary crushing on Bank Holidays to serve the animal feeds market.
