Weeping Beech Tree (T764), prune back to create a 4.000-meter clearance from the closest part of the adjacent property (The Lodge 1 Tees View Hurworth Place) to 1-no. Copper Beech Tree (T757) together with a 4.000-meter lift from ground level, and prune back branches to 1-no.
