T1- Horse Chestnut - to reduce crown by 50%(10m) to a pollard , reason for , this tree has recently lost the top 5m of 1 x dead stem and the crown is showing signs of Bleeding Canker and heavily leaning/growing over cables and road , so I would suggest a 50% reduction/pollard for safety reasons(TPO 20, 1973)
