Non-material amendments to the house type design on Plots 71 to 74. The proposal is to change the front elevation by removing the Juliet balconies on the ground and first floors and reducing the window sizes. The front elevation would otherwise remain as existing regarding siting, scale, and external appearance. The proposal is also to change the rear elevation by constructing a ground floor (as opposed to a split-level dwelling) which is facilitated by the ground levels. As such the rear elevation would have three storeys, creating better quality living accommodation on the ground floor.
