Description
1. NYC Highways claimed that the TSRGD does not apply to advisory signs - this position was changed when I referenced the relevant legislation. 2. NYC Highways have never objected to planning applications, including the 2013 application, for North Road Garage that includes part of the highway - the legislation does not permit this. 3. HDC Planning (now NYC) approved a planning application in full knowledge that it included a false statement regards the land ownership - this was overturned via a Judicial Review. 4. NYC Petroleum has issued a Petroleum Certificate where the 4-metre radius hazard zone is on part of the highway - the legislation does not permit such unlawful closing of the highway. 5. There is a current application that has remained live for 14 months - by law, this should have been completed within 13 weeks. 6. The current application is to regularise an application that was incorrectly issued in 2013 and the conditions were never enforced for 10 years.
