Description

The number of residential homes which the council is currently unable to make a planning decision on as a result of Natural England's nutrient neutrality advice. To be clear, I'd like to know the number of homes awaiting approval, not the number of planning applications. E.g 1 planning application could be related to 200 homes. If applicable, how many homes does the council currently have mitigation for e.g via nature-based nutrient mitigation schemes?
