1. Last Thursday a planning officer telephoned me to discuss a complaint against me about repair work we were carrying out to our outside property, a small holding of 12.5 acres. This work was carried after months of planning with a reputable firm and has now been completed at a significant cost. The existing land drains had failed and the work was carried entirely to rectify flood damage in the recent years and there is no visible difference to be seen. It was nowhere near any other property.2. I am looking for the contents of a notification sent to NYCC about work being carried out at our house, Hesley Farm Cottage, Rathmell, BD24 0LP. The receipt of which by NYCC resulted in a telephone call to me on the morning of Thursday May 25th at about 10am by a female member of the planning office. Unfortunately I was so distressed by the content of what the officer said that I did not ask her name but I hope I have given you enough info to be able to track it down. I am seeking only the contents of the letter, not the name or address of the sender. I have received other threatening letters in recent months and am looking at trying to bring about an end to them.
