Submission of details to partially discharge conditions 17 - Demolition Management Plan and 18 - Construction and Environmental Management Plan for Phase 1A and part of Phase 2: imposed on planning permission PL/2023/0002402/OUTM granted on 09/07/2024 for Hybrid planning application comprising: enabling works comprising access, earthworks and site levelling, drainage, service yard and relocation of bus stops, installation of site wide hoarding, diversion of services, demolition of out-buildings and existing cycle shed, and other associated site preparatory works.
