Submission of details to discharge conditions 4-construction management plan and 7-acoustic separation report: imposed on planning permission PL/2024/0001558/FUL for conversion and extension of the existing building into 15 residential apartments with 2 commercial spaces at ground floor. The following alterations to the existing building are proposed: enhance the building's active frontage at street level, extend the roof by one storey, complete re-clad of the street and side frontages to provide a thermally insulated external wall, new windows and cladding granted 13/12/2024.
