Submission of details to discharge condition No. 3; imposed on planning permission reference PL/2024/0000104/LBC granted on 24/06/2024 for Listed building consent for removal of a modern internal partition wall to create open plan beauty salon at the front of the building. Removal of modern internal partition to the right side of the existing staircase, provide new timber balustrade and guard railing. Remove modern laminated floor and replace with a timber parquet flooring. Removal of existing modern timber door which is sub dividing the space between the beauty salon areas and make good the reveals. Remove internal free-standing kitchen worktop and sink. Install new kitchen worktops to new staff room located at the rear of the ground floor. Removal of internal screen and modern window behind the inner face of the original timber shopfront. Make good all wall, floor or ceiling finishes in traditional materials to match the existing finishes. Installation on non-illuminated signage to front elevation.
