Single Ash Tree (T1/ ASSET 184P) populating the front corner plot of 11 Unicorn Lane, is exhibiting multiple inonotus hispidus brackets on main framework and architectural scaffolding limbs. Sizable brackets have been noted in and around the basal region which have become detached from its host. Due to location/target area/usage and characteristics of this pathogen (white rot/brittle fracture) request a reduction to 10% target pruning reducing laterals (outer crown) by 1m and continue to review
