Description

T2 - oak - removal of TPO - tree's location causes restricted access for the residents' access to the entryway the tree buttress roots are encroaching over. On occasion, a resident has damaged their car on the adjacent wall trying to manoeuvre/reverse around the tree coming out of the entryway. The removal of the TPO will enable the owner of the tree to address the issue (ideally remove or replace the tree with a new tree away from the border)
